Step 1
In a blender puree 1 c cane sugar, 1 c water and 1 jalapeno chili stem removed. In a shaker combine 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1 oz lime juice and 1 oz jalapeno syrup. Fill with ice, top with pineapple juice and shake and pour into a rocks glass rimmed with honey and pin salt.
