Calico Beans

Ingredients

• 1 lb bacon
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion
• 1 lb 5 oz baked beans
• 15 oz Kidney beans
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 1 can Butter beans

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon. Reserve 2 tbsp bacon drippings and brown ground beef. Add onion and cook slightly.

Mix in all beans (drained) and bacon.

In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and add to meat and bean mixture.

Bake 350
Bake 40-50 minutes
