Ingredients
- 3/4 c apple juice
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3-lb. boneless pork loin roast, halved
- 2-1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp cold water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine apple juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper in greased slow cooker.
2. Add roast. Turn to coat.
3. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Remove roast and keep warm.
4. In saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from roast. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with roast.
