c apple juice
Tbsp soy sauce
tsp ground ginger
tsp garlic powder
3-lb. boneless pork loin roast, halved
Tbsp cold water
1. Combine apple juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper in greased slow cooker. 2. Add roast. Turn to coat. 3. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Remove roast and keep warm. 4. In saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from roast. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with roast.
