Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1 Sweet Potato (cubed)
- 2 cups Frozen Corn
- 6 ounces Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Carrots (sliced into thin rounds)
- 13 ounces Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 32 ounces Chicken broth
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning (or your favorite chicken seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook 4 - 6 hours on high.
Serve with provolone toast (optional).
