Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS 2 CUPS WATER
  • LIPTON ONION SOUP (3 BOXES)
  • GENEROUS AMOUNT OF COARSELY CHOPPED ONION
  • COARSE GARLIC POWDER

Preparation

Step 1

MIX SOUP WITH WATER. COVER BRISKET WITH GARLIC POWDER. POUR SOUP MIXTURE OVER IT. ADD LOTS OF CHOPPED ONION. BAKE AT 350 FOR 2 HOURS. TURN BRISKET OVER AND BAKE ANOTHER HOUR. CHILL BRISKET AND SLICE. ADD JUICES FROM THE BRISKET WITH ONE JAR PREPARED BEEF GRAVY. COVER AND COOK UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. (MUM AND I PUT BABY POTATOES AROUND THE BRISKET, SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC POWDER AND PAPRIKA AND COOK WITH THE BRISKET.)
