  • salt and black pepper to taste

Toss:
8 cups arugula
2 bartlett pears, sliced
3/4 cup sliced radishes
14 cup crumbled parmesan

Whisk together oil, vinegar, shallots, garlic and dijon. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper.

Toss arugula, pears, radishes and parmesan with vinaigrette
