Baked Beef Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburg
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 1 can refried beans
• 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
• 12 taco shells

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef in large skillet
Stir in taco seasoning and i can diced tomatoes. Heat thru.
In a bowl mix beans, 1/2 cup cheese and can of diced tomatoes. Spread into 9x13 greased pan. Stand tacos upright over bean mixture. Fill with meat and cheese. Bake covered at 425 for 15 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 5-7 minutes.
