Asperagus in Filo Dough

Ingredients

  • prepared egg roll dough, cut in half lengthwise
  • melted butter
  • raw asperagus
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brush dough with melted butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roll 1 to 2 spears then sprinkle with more parmesan cheese.

Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
