Ingredients
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- frozen or fresh corn
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 stems thyme
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in skillet, add scallions, bell pepper, celery and corn. Cook until almost done.
Add half and half to above, heat thru. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with thyme
