Ingredients
- 1 TBS butter
- 3 TBS shallots, diced
- salt and pepper
- 6 ears of corn, remove kernels from cob
- 1 TBS honey
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute shallots in butter until tender. Add corn and cook a couple of minutes.
Mix honey, brown sugar, cayanne, salt and pepper together, then add to above.
