Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 Pkg. Yeast
- 1 T. Sugar
- 1 Cup Warm Water (105-115 degrees)
- 1 1/2 T. Corn OR Canola Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 T. Butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 Cups Flour
- Combine yeast, sugar and water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients together into a bowl, then add the yeast mixture. Mix with fork until it forms a ball, add a little water if it's too
- Sauce:
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 2 T. Mustard
- 2 T. Mayo
- Put 3/4 of sauce mixture on top of crust and spread evenly.
- Toppings:
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- desired amount of onion
- Lots of pickles, chopped
- Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 pkgs.)
- *Lettuce, chopped
- *Avacado, chopped
- Brown beef with onion. Put on top of pizza. Then put desired amount of pickles. Top with 1 whole pkg. of cheddar cheese. Bake at 450 for 15-19 minutes. Pull out of oven, put on 1/2 pkg. of more chedda
