Ingredients
- 3 C broccoli or cauliflower
- 2 C snow peas
- 1 med onion
- 1 med pepper
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 t CRP

Step 1
In lg bowl combine veggies. In med bowl combine soy, garlic, oil and spices. Pour over veggies and toss to coat. Place in baking dish, cover with foil leaving corners open. Bake 10-15 min at 450.
