Ingredients
- cubed bread (6 buns)
- parsley
- salt
- mug of 1 egg and milk
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 c cream of wheat
Preparation
Step 1
Pour milk mixture over bread cubes to dampen adding milk if necessary.
In separate bowl mix together flour, cream of wheat and baking powder. Add to dampened bread and form into dumplings aprrox the size of golf ball.
Add to boiling salted water. Boil 10 minutes after rising to the top.
