Sweet Garlic Chicken

Oven 450*

Ingredients

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
• 4 garlic cloves minced
• 4 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven 450*
line baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray

in small saute pan, saute garlic in olive oil until tender
remove from heat and stir in brown sugar
add additional herbs and spices as desired
place chicken breast in the prepared baking dish
cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture
add salt and pepper to taste
bake uncovered for 15 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear
