Ingredients

  • 1/2

    c. fresh flat leaf parsley

  • 1/2

    c light mayo

  • 1/4

    c. low fat sour cream

  • 1

    T. fresh tarragon leaves

  • 1

    T. Champagne or white wine vinegar

  • 1

    T. water

  • 1

    tsp anchovy paste or 1 anchovy fillet

  • 1/4

    tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
