Ingredients
- 1/2 c low-fat buttermilk or low fat sour cream
- 1/4 c light mayo
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 T. chives, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, whick buttermilk, mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in chives and garlic. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Remove and discard garlic before use.
