Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • small pinch salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • pinch baking powder
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 glass juice
  • lemon extract
  • 7 eggs
  • 7 spoons sugar
  • 3/4 lb nuts chopped
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • rum flavouring

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix everything together.
2. Take half the dough and spread in bottom of pan.
3. Bake at 250 degree for 1 hour. Then at 350 degree for ¾ hour.
4. Beat 7 whites stiff with 3 tbs sugar. Fold into yolk mixture.
5. Spread on top of dough.
6. Roll out second dough and spread on top of filling.
