- 1 lb conf sugar
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
1. Combine ½ box conf sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until boiling.
3. Add 1 tsp mint extract and rest of confect sugar and green extract.
4. Could also add ¼ cup cocoa. Remove from heat.
5. Put in mixing bowl and beat for 1-2 minutes only.
6. Drop on lightly greased aluminum pan.
7. Put in freezer if desired to get hard.
