- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c EVOO

Step 1
In medium bowl with wire whisk, combine lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Continue whisking while adding olive oil in slow steady stream. Whisk until blended, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
