Classic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 T. dijon musxtard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 c EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl with wire whisk, combine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Continue whisking while adding olive oil in slow steady stream. Whisk until blended, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
