Raddish/Dill Dip

This is a wonderful tasting dip to be used with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Dry Ranch dressing mix (NOT the dip mix)
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 8-10 red radishes, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 10 small baby carrots, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add the mayonaise, sour cream, ranch dressing and dill weed. Mix well. Keep in fridge until ready to serve. This dip will tend to have a pink color to it, because of the raddishes.
