Crispy Baked Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
• 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
• 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX coating mix and parsley on plate. Spread both sides of each chicken breast with mayonnaise; dip 1 at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.

PLACE on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 25 min. or until done (165ºF).
