Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 2 Tb. butter, softened
- 2 Tb. chives, chopped small
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 2 oz. prosciutto ham, chopped small
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped fine
- 15 Phylo cup shells, toasted to a golden brown
- dried cranberries (craizins)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix both cheeses and the butter together. Add the chives, lemon juice, prosciutto and the walnuts. Mix together lightly. Put the mixture into a pastry bag for piping into the phylo cups. After filling each cup, top each one with 2 dried cranberries. This can be made a day ahead and kept in the friedge. Pipe it into the cups the day you plan on eating them. If you have had it in the fridge, let it sit out for about 10 minutes before trying to pipe into the cups.
