- 1 lb velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotell diced tomatos & green chilis, undrained
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/3 cup of taco seasoning
Cook sausage, add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water, simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix velveeta, tomatoes, sausage mixture and cream cheese together. Cook in microwave until melted.
