  • 1 lb velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotell diced tomatos & green chilis, undrained
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 cup of taco seasoning
  • water



Step 1

Cook sausage, add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water, simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix velveeta, tomatoes, sausage mixture and cream cheese together. Cook in microwave until melted.
