CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Taken from the back of a bag of Baker's Corner Confectioners Sugar

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat together the Butter and Cream Cheese with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add Confectioners Sugar a little at a time until smooth and creamy. Beat in Vanilla Extract.
