SAGE SHRIMP SKEWERS

Ingredients

  • 10 bacon strips
  • 10 uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 10 fresh sage leaves

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cook but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Sprinkle shrimp with oil. Place a sage leaf on each shrimp; wrap with a strip of bacon. Thread shrimp onto two metal or soaked wooden skewers.

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.
