Hummas-Bi-Tihini

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzos or hummus
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame sauce (tihini)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice; more if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. If you don't have a blender, mash garlic and salt until pulverized, then add garbanzos and mash until smooth.
