Spicy Potato Wedges
- White potatoes washed and sliced in wedges (approx. 1-1 1/2” thick)
- Canola or Olive oil (enough to lightly coat potatoes)
- Onion or garlic salt (based on preference)
Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake. Potatoes should be medium red in color (add paprika accordingly- it assists in browning). Place in glass oven dish in single layer. Bake uncovered at 425º until potatoes are cooked through (check by piercing with fork) and browned, turning over once while cooking. Potatoes usually take 40-50 minutes to cook.
