Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Bake sweet potatoes until tender. Cut in half lengthwise and scrape out centers leaving ¼” shell. Whip potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter with mixer. Refill potato shells and serve. Top with crushed pecans, if desired.
