Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 3 sticks of celery
  • 1 # crawfish
  • garlic salt
  • dash of tabasco
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. oil & flour (Roux)
  • 2 squirts of ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Brown oil & flour till dark brown
Add chopped onion & brown
Add bell pepper & saute
Add celery & saute
Add garlic salt
Add can mush. soup & can of water; bring to boil
Add crawfish; bring to boil then simmer
Add tabasco & ketchup & sugar
salt to taste
