7-LAYER MEXICAN DIP

  • 2 cans Rosarita jalapeno refried beans
  • 1 package Ranch dressing dip mix (powder)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the Ranch dressing mix with ½ cup sour cream.

Place beans on bottom of small baking dish. Add a layer of guacamole, salsa, chopped lettuce, Mexican blend cheese, tomatoes, chopped green onions, black olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

For a meal, add a cooked layer of ground beef or roast beef after the salsa.
