Ingredients
- 1 package (1 pound) corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained (about 6 cups)
- 7 1/2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
- OR Prego® Roasted Garlic & Herb Italian Sauce
- 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni cut in half
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup large pitted ripe olives, cut in half
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
* Heat the pasta, sauce, pepperoni, peppers, olives and mozzarella cheese in a 6-quart saucepot over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.
* Serve with the Parmesan cheese.
