Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork roast
- 1 lemon, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and pour over pork roast in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 2-2 ½ hours, basting periodically. Slice, and serve with juices for gravy.
