Baked Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Swanson chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds, blanched
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes; or until top is starting to brown and is bubbling.
