Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen raspberries
- 1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 can crushed pineapple (heated)
- Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Heat crushed pineapple in a pan. Combine with Jell-O and stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Add raspberries and walnuts. Divide recipe in half. Pour one half into a 9 x 9 dish and chill until hardened. Cover with sour cream. Pour remaining half over sour cream and chill until hardened.
