Sweet Pancakes (Crepes)

These are good plain or spread with your favorite flavor of jelly.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Coat small saute pan with butter and melt over low heat,

3. Add just enough batter to thinly coat bottom of pan. Let cook 1-2 mins. or until pancake is cooked but still white. Flip pancake and cook on the other side.

4. Stck pancakes on plate and keep warm.
