The poinsettia

Ingredients

  • 4 oz champagne
  • 1/2 oz grand marnier
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • 3 dried cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

-Pour the grand marnier into bottom of a tall flute
-Then pop the cork on the champagne and fill the glass
-Before serving,top off with a splash of cranberry juice and drop a few dried cranberries in the glass as a garnish
