Ingredients
- 2 oz absolut los angeles
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 spoonful of blackberry jam
- Splash of sparkling wine
Preparation
Step 1
-Add all ingredients except wine to a shaker,and shake vigorously for a few seconds
-Strain mixture over ice in a rocks glass
-Top with sparkling wine
