Ingredients
- 1 package (6 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz) tuna
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- Dash salt
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cream cheese in small cubes. Place in a microsafe dish.
Microwave, uncovered, for about 40 seconds at HIGH power.
Add tuna and mayonnaise.
Microwave for another 30 to 40 seconds at HIGH power until well blended. Stir to combine.
Add lemon juice, curry and salt.
Add green onions and stir to blend.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour for flavors to blend.
Good served with crackers, radishes, carrot or celery sticks. Can also be filled in cherry tomatoes or layered in between sandwiches.
