Ingredients
- 10 cups chicken broth
- 1 chopped onion
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced celery
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients except rice. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add rice and serve.
