Sausage Balls

Always a hit at our family reunions.

Ingredients

• 1 lbs. Jimmy Deam regular sausage
• 1 1/2 cups Bisquik baking mix
• 4 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Finely chopped onion
• Finely chopped celery (optional)
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Mixture will be stiff.

Form into 1-inch balls.

Bake at 375 degrees 15-18 mins. or until no longer pink.
