Ingredients

• 1 oz rose sherbet
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• splash of pomegranate juice
• champagne
• pink sugar for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix sherbet,simple syrup,and pomegranate juice in a mixing glass
-Strain into chilled champagne flute rimmed with sugar
-Top with champagne
