Kale Chips

Kale chips make for a guilt-free primal snack. Crunchy and a bit salty - even my daughter loves them!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch organic Lacinato {dinosaur} kale - washed and spun
  • 2 tb organic coconut oil, melted
  • Sea salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300° degrees F.

Rip the kale leaves away from the ribs {discard or compost ribs} and chop leaves.
Lay on a sheet pan and toss with coconut oil and salt.
Give the leaves a shake every so often to ensure they bake evenly.
Bake until crisp and enjoy!
