Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes (rub with oil and salt)
- 1/2 cup kraft ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 1/4 1b velveeta cheese (cut up)
Preparation
Step 1
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Cut off top and scoop out centers leaving a shell. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits. Beat until fluffy.
Stir velveeta into mixture. Spoon into shells and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
