Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 apple of choice, Blade C
- 2 bell pepper cups, sliced in half, seeded
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the yogurt, eggs, celery, dijon, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in the bottom of a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in the apple noodles and mix until noodles break apart and are coated in the mixture. Stuff into bell peppers halves!
