Chocolate Zucchini Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 2 T cocoa
• 1/2 to 1 c chocolate chips
• 1 t soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 1/2 t baking powder
• 1 c chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Add zucchini, vanilla and nuts. Add chocolate chips last. Pour into 2 bread pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
