Cakes: Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 3/4 oz) package French Canaille Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 9 oz container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Graham Crackers
  • Cooked Frosting
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Hershey dry cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and beat 2 minutes medium speed
Add
Pudding mix
Milk
Cool Whip

Put in 9 X 13 degree dish
Layer graham crackers and 1/2 pudding mixture
Repeat - ending with graham crackers

Cooked Frosting
Combine first 4 ingredients
Boil 1 minute
Add butter and vanilla
Mix
Cool
