Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 2 layer cake mix (yellow)
- 3 eggs
- 1 can pie filling (any flavor)
- Topping:
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until moistened - Divide batter into two 9 x 5 greased and floured bread pans.
Topping:
Mix topping ingredients together with pastry blender place on top of unbaked cakes - Bake cakes in preheated/350 - 50 minutes
