Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add cream; stir just until moistened

2. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 1 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake until bottoms are golden brown, 17-20 minutes. Serve warm
